PDFF is interested
in putting up a BPO training camp for the youths who graduated
in March 2005. The total camp duration will be of one month.
Our training session comprises of excellent training programs,
which will help the trainees to enhance their corporate personality.
These programs will concentrate on:
- English communication in neutral accent
- Public speaking
- Presentation skills
- Customer service training
- Tele-marketing
- Manners and etiquettes
- Business culture
Our target students, as mentioned, are
students who graduated in March 2005. These students will
be selected on following basis:
- The graduate candidates who have secured 40% and above are eligible to apply for this course
- They should be graduates and below the age of 36 yrs
- They must suit the requirements of Call Center
- They must possess good personality
